After Tuesday Napfa.. I realised that a proper running shoe is very important ! I went to wash my running shoe but due to the weather, my shoe had difficulty drying up thus.. randomly pick a shoe in my cupboard and know what.... Napfa standard drop =.=" Frens who were there know what i means.

Ohh ya.. think i am far tooooooo busy. Didn't mention about my 15km Real Run. It was my very first 15km run ! The weather was hot.. Trail plus beach plus road run = 15km. Gosh ! It was Damn tiring i tell you.. Luckily my running best friend (MP3) was with me throughout the run. Beach run was the worse part of the run as the SUN IS SHINING AT ME DIRECTLY !!!! Overall, is realli a good experience for me and it helps to prepare myself for the upcuming 21.5km run in dec. Timing for the 15km was 1hr 37min and 42 sec ! Slow? Hahahaa.. To me, i alrdy very happy about it liao cus.. the whole 15km i didnt stop at all. Last but not least... want to thanks sumone for the moral support for me for this run ! Who? Hahahaa.. Secrets...

Hmmm... Competition didnt win. But... Overall is a good experience ! Great Job team !!

24.10.08 hold it tight

I'M BACK !



it have been more than a week since i last blog. Was kinda of busy plus lazy to blog actually..

Left with three more weeks and.. it marks the end of my fypj. Sound kind of sad cus... thinking back, was wondering who will i be with in the same lab for 3 months.. ! But turn out that .. L633 people is FUN ! Will enjoy the upcuming 3 weeks with them de.

Went to meet up with zheng le on monday nite.. wOoooo.. 3hrs of long chat with him. GREAT !



aLrite... Big Big Small Small things happened this few days... After thinking thinking and thinking.. i decided to end this relationship. The real reason is Not because my heart is with someone else but the fact is that... the feeling we used to have is no longer the same.. Did pour my problem to zl and some of my frens. The type of cold feeling which you give me, make me feel so "xin ku", maybe you are stress with ur studies.. but i did try to accept the facts but... till date, i still ponding over the same thing.. hope you will understand what i mean...

And.. My dear Lab-mate.. i know u guys got alot of doubt in mind.. u can come and just ask me.. i wil tell u all..

Here comes to the end of week 7 !

Had alot of fun in lab ! Is real fun !! Week 7 class outing was at tamp de Seoul Garden !
We realli eat alot man ! Meat Meat Meat... So guess, what is next after MEAT? ICE CREAM WORLD !!!!! Had alot of fun that night with them !! Tiring yet Fun !!

NAPFA TEST : GOLD

Yes ! NAPFA GOLD. Is real tiring.. A big thanks to Michelle and Shimin for the motivation and support all the way and the 100 plus from them after my die-ing 2.4km run.
Will be still contin training with my lab buddy, we wil achieve what we want.

Finally put a big full-stop o my 1st project on HP Total Care Competition. Everything goes well and result will be out till end of this month. Hoping we will win this competition, If not... is still alrite cus thru this competition, "Experience" is the most important lesson i have learnt through this 1 month of hard work. "WELL DONE TEAM (Zhiyang, Khalis and Aaron)" And A Big Thanks to both supervisiors ( Mr Lam and Mr Wagio) !!!!

This week is realli damn tiring yet fun..

Tml will be having my mid-term presentation and dinner will be at mayfen's house ( celebration for ah pui and xiao mao bday). *Looking forward for tml..

Went out to study with dear today and catch a movie at CS. -Connected- ! Was a nice movie but.... in between... the show was cut off for around 5min and everyone was so stunt. =.=

Ohh ya, on friday, My Hp Total Care team receive a good news from our supervisiors that our project was shortlisted. Had a presentation with Mr.Kelvin and supervisiors to prepare us for the upcuming presentation for the HP Total Care. Monday will be heading to school freaking earli.. Meeting my team 7am in school to rehearsal with aaron. Hope everything goes well on that day !!!!

Now, i realise that alot of people around me have flat foot just like me. Start to get pain when running for long distance.

BISHAN PRAWNING !!!


Yesterday was real fun ! 11 of us went to bishan (junction 8) after school for dinner at LJS. After that head to bishan for prawning... It was like 3 years since i last prawn. We group ourself and... i was with shimin and chloe. WAHAHAHAA.... We are the "First" to catch the first prawn of the day ! Was teaching them some tactic and soon eveyone seem to get it quite well ! Can see more and more prawn in our nets ! Is realli enjoying and relaxing prawning at there...

Soon... My cousin came and i start to use my own rod. 3 hr of prawning for them and 5hr of prawning for me cus... my cousin was going to fetch me home soooo... i pay more to prawn while waiting for them.
