The feeling is Great.

Running is such a good way to release stressed. Sweat flowing down my body.. The feeling is great !

Meet up with my running KaKis (Yong Qing & Ivor) earli in the morning ard 12plus AM, Mid-NigHt. Start Our Preparation Run b4 the actual 42km run this coming sunday, 0000hrs.

Planned our route from: Tampines - Simei - Expo - Part of Changi Coast - East Coast Park till Lagoon hawker Centre - bedok South Road - Expo - Simei - Tampines !

aFter Calculation from Ivor this are the information:

Distance Cover: 18.54Km
Duration: 2.5hr
Ave Speed: 7.4km

Head to Yellow house at tampines for supper !
Reached home ard 5plus in the morning.

gOing to rest well my legs for today as well as tml. meeting kakis tml (Saturday) ard evening time. Think we are sending ivor's gf off first as she is particpating in the 10km run which flag-off at 2030hrs.

tmL shall be my FIRST 42km Run. Timing is not what i am looking for but Completion of the whole race till the Finishing Point is what i am looking forward too.

Will cOmplete the race no matter what !

aS for today... later in the evening will be heading for my cousin wedding dinner at Yishun then Sjab for tml.

5th day liao.. nv get to meet up with my dear.

I'M GRADUATED !!!

3 years of Poly life finally mark the end of it.

Wake up earli in the morning , get prepared and went out with mum to NYP for my graduation. Reached school and saw alot of familiar faces... Like months didnt get to see them. Get change up and registered.

Weather is damn hot plus the thick graduation attire making it even worse. Took alot of photo here and there using mine and my frens one too...

Get seated and speech by the GOH and slowly course by course takes turn to go up to the stage to collect our cert. Engineering IT people is alot..... And we were the last course to go up ! My number is 155 !!!

Feel like a Star today. Camera Flashlight was flashing non-stop at us during the ceremony.

aLrite... Lets use the picture to do the talking later on ya.

aNd ytd... marks my last day working in banquet. Suppose to end it next week by due to the schedule for next week is like..... my own schedule crash with them then no choice but to marks ytd as the last day of work.

Tuesday working was a fun one.... it was a awards presentation nite for Changi AirLine. Their trophy was like huge and heavy. The funny part was... when everyone had left, kenny and me was tasked to arrange the table outside the ballroom and the reception table, While we were carrying the reception table, we heard something drop under the table and due to the unexpected surprise.. it was one of the top 5 Changi Airline Trophy left behind there. (See the picture and you will know better.. haha)

Got to missed those day working with those caring and funny aunty, team leaders some of the regular china guys from Impact as well as Kenny, Zijian, Sotong and Nicole. And not foget my poly fren. Those 3 years in poly was like... wOoooo... Rushing projects and reports like no other people business, burning mid-nite oil studying for exam and test. Fun and laughter with them. Missed those gathering at chi's hs, the funny things we did, the video that we shot.

Congrat all graduates !

Just had my dinner at home. gOing to head out for my last preparation run b4 this sunday adidas sundown. Meeting YQ and Ivor later =)

Went for my collection for adidas sundown race pack at Suntec tgt with Yong Qing , Ivor and his Gf. The Carrier was huge ! The Singlet was indeed... NIce ! Looking forwards for the challenging run !!!

Went down for SJAB ! And attended COC. A New Start With A long Stretch Of Challenge Ahead ! Was quite touched by the speech by Sir William.

Acc dear back home then head to my house after that for a short rest b4 heading out to East Coast Park tgt with some of my platoon-mates... Yangzhen, Meishi, Jialing, Chay Ying, You Guang and Hong Yuan to attend QianLin's 21th Bday.

Awhile later went off and met up with Ming's and fren and .... had a MAHJONG SESSION ! And sad to say that.. luck is not there with me that nite !!! Lose alittle ! Nvm.. Luck will be back again !!! (Wonder.. when will this good days be again??)

Manage to run finish the whole race without stopping. Time was less than an hour for 10km this time round Thou my ankle still quite pain during the race.

The moment i stepped into the FINISHING LINE.... the feeling is great !!

Went back to work again ! got a total of 3 days to work this week. Head to HQ for Zone meeting after work. And was now blogging at this point of time.. 2.15AM !

Went for gym with Ben on Friday and with William today. Trying to build back the "little mouse" =)

And.. ~~Yesterday~~ 3 days later was my anniversary with my dearest !
Quite.. complicated to count the months and years...
Thou we say that that shld be 1 yr ann.
21th May 2009 !

Head to Novena Square to collect my Passion Run race pack. Saw quite a few of my NYP frens plus my lecturer who are participating in the race too ! Great !
Next head to meet up my dear and we went to sentosa for sun tanning.
Took Quite a number of photo this time round using my dear's cam.

Hahaha.. who knows...
Saw 2 familiar faces behind us... and that is Meilan and Ivor. They were there with their cell grp frens... LOL...

Tanned for ard 2 hrs plus, bathed and head to Vivo city. Dinner at...... LOL... my dear's favourite : Marche. Chat and eat for quite a long time there. Think is our longest duration in there till now. After dinner, walk awhile b4 heading home.

WOOOoooo ! My asthma is getting better now le ! And.. i am preparing for my upcuming race.
Ohh ya... thanks for those who were quite concern regards to my sudden asthma attack. =)
6days more to my "Warm-up" run (Passion Run) for my Adidas run in 13days Later !

Going to tied down and settle some sjab stuff this week since i got NO job at all in this week ! GOSH !!! Actually... is a good thing.. Time for me to rest, Time for me to train up for my run, Time for me to settle my sjab stuff b4 army. *Think positive !!

Past few days of work have been using the above phrase. (Why)

I was assigned to serve the BIG BOSS meeting. 10 boss was there to attend a meeting at T3.

SOOOOOooo Service is a MUST and to be in tip top ! Service such as... remember each and everyone of them the type of drink they like such as... "English Breakfast tea with skimmed milk", "Coffee with 2 pkt of raw sugar " and the food they can and cannot eat.

Actually was working almost everyday but last min got to cancel some of the working days.. due to collection of grad attire on Wednesday and collection of passion run race pack on Saturday.

Meet up with dear after my work on monday for dinner and also, collection for my spec.

Quite a thick spec due to the frame.

Overall still not bad bah. Quite like it =)

As for ytd, same same.. meet up with dear after my work at bedok. Was playing with dear as she was guessing where am i brging her to for dinner. LOL. sOooooo we Bus to ECP for our dinner.

and had a walk to bedok jetty after dinner. Took some picture there using dear's hp but dear's eye seem to be quite uncomfortable due to the flash.

As for today, sleep until i "song song" then wake up. Took Bus 45 to NYP and enjoy the journey throughout, recap for the past 3 years taking the transportation to NYP. Saw quite a number of my frens there. Collected my grad attire and took bus with khalis to tampines.

Walk around tampines 1 and tampines mall awhile before heading back home.

working 7am to 7pm tml again. Will be serving the Big Boss there again.

lastly, hope dear quickly recovered her eyes infection.

and... going to contin my running.
